Simply install InDesign CC, run the updater to install the Folio Builder and Folio Overlays panels, and you have everything you need to create an iPad app. Please note that the Digital Publishing Suite, Single Edition, service will be available for use until May 1, 2015, but beyond that date the service will no longer be available.
